Situated in downtown Pittsburgh's North Shore, the Carnegie Science Center features four stories filled with hundreds of hands-on activities for every age. Experience life in a space station in SpacePlace or play a round of basketball against a robot in Roboworld, the world's largest robotics exhibit. Take the kids to see the world-renowned Miniature Railroad & Village or stargaze at the Buhl Planetarium. Hop aboard the USS Requin, a real Cold War-era submarine moored in the Ohio River. Watch a 3D movie on the biggest screen in Pittsburgh at Rangos Giant Screen Theater or experience a live science show from the chemistry of cooking to the basics of biology.
