- What time do the doors open at PPG Arena?
Doors open one hour before the scheduled event time at PPG Arena. The box office is open Monday through Friday, from 10 am to 5 pm, and Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm. On an event day, hours vary. There are food and drink concessions to enjoy before a game or show, or you can enjoy dinner at Share on Centre after your event.
